Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@saltwaterli.com. You may use the same packaging it arrived in, or you may use any other box or padded envelope. If we have made a mistake on your order, we cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We will refund you as soon as we receive your item, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs if applicable are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Seasonal Items Return Policy
At Saltwater, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the limited availability and seasonal nature of certain designs (such as Christmas, Valentine's, Day Irish Flag shirts), these items are not eligible for a full refund.
Instead, we are happy to offer store credit for the value of the returned item, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Saltwater, ensuring you still find something you’ll love!
